Voluntary Manufacturer Recall – 5/20/2026

To address safety concerns outlined by Canada’s Corded Window Covering (CWC) regulations, there is a voluntary recall related to the following products sold between January 1, 2025 and April 9, 2026:

• Designer Single Cell Blackout Honeycomb Shades
• Designer Single Cell Light Filtering Honeycomb Shades
• Designer Double Cell Blackout Honeycomb Shades
• Designer Double Cell Light Filtering Honeycomb Shades
• Designer Single Cell Day/Night Honeycomb Shades

Customers should check the affected honeycomb shades by testing whether the end caps are affixed properly to the shades using the instructions available here. If either of the end caps comes off, please call the factory which produces these products at 1-800-845-8637 (Mon-Friday, 9:00am - 6:30pm ET) in order to receive an end cap glue kit.

Voluntary Manufacturer Recall – 4/17/2024

To address safety concerns outlined by Health Canada Corded Window Covering (CWC) regulations, there is a voluntary recall related to the following products sold with Split Draw after May 1, 2022:

• 3 1/2" Designer Fabric Vertical Blinds
• 3 1/2" Premium Fabric Vertical Blinds
• 3 1/2" Premium Faux Wood Vertical Blinds
• 3 1/2" Premium Smooth Vertical Blinds

Voluntary Manufacturer Recall – 3/12/2024

To address safety concerns outlined by Health Canada Corded Window Covering (CWC) regulations, there is a voluntary recall related to the P-Clip on the following products sold with the Chain Guard lift style from July 2022 to March 2024:

• Value Vinyl Blackout Roller Shades
• Select Blackout Fabric Roller Shades
• Select Light Filtering Fabric Roller Shades
• 1% Value Plus Solar Roller Shades
• 5% Value Plus Solar Roller Shades
• 3% Value Plus Solar Roller Shades
• 3" Value Room Darkening Zebra Blinds
• 3" Value Light Filtering Zebra Blinds
• 3" Premium Room Darkening Sheer Shades
• 3" Premium Light Filtering Sheer Shades

A simple at home replacement of the P-Clip with a U-Clip can be performed by the customer to ensure CWC compliance for all affected products. The U-Clip securely encases the chain and reduces the accessible length. Please note that this only applies to the above products sold with the Chain Guard lift style.
