Mount Type - Inside or Outside Mount Refers to the way in which the blind will be hung, either inside or outside the window opening. Inside mount blinds are mounted inside the window frame opening that is recessed from the wall. Outside mount blinds hang outside the window opening on a wood trim, wall or door. Inside mount is by far the most popular mount and provides a nice clean look and finish to your window.

For inside mounts: please make sure to follow the Measuring Instructions on our site; do not make any deductions in your measurements, as our factory will make all necessary deductions to allow for mounting brackets.

Our 3 1/2" Designer Fabric Vertical Blinds can add the perfect finishing touch to any room with sliding glass doors. These 3 1/2" Vertical Blinds are made of quality fabric that is sure to delight even the most discriminating of customers and will delight those with exquisite tastes. Our 3 ½” valance comes standard with these verticals which will accentuate your window treatments and add that perfect finishing touch.

  • Fabric vertical blind vanes come with weights on the bottom

Recommendations and Limitations

  • Vane Lengths - Inside Mount: Approx. 2" less than ordered height. Outside Mount: Approx. 1 1/2" less than ordered height.
  • Deductions - Inside Mount: 3/8" off ordered width, 1/2" off ordered height. Outside Mount: No deductions.
  • Total Height - Includes vanes + headrail.
  • Wand Tilt colour is standard White.
  • Standard wand length is 36” for all heights. 48” or 60” wands are available upon request at no additional charge. Please specify in the notes section of the shopping cart at time of order.

The blinds arrived earlier than expected. The hardware is sturdy and of high quality and should have a long life. The vertical blinds they replaced were 38 years old, so I have high expectations.

I find when the sun shines on them they they don't hold the shape as well & they slide down on the holder. When this happens they don't sit in the window very well.
