Orders are shipping, but some products are delayed
In accordance with the latest COVID-19 health & safety guidelines, our factories have implemented steps to reorganize their facilities and ensure proper social distancing between employees. As a result, this may delay the production and delivery of some products (while most products are shipping on schedule with little or no delays).
Most products are shipping in 5-10 business days after the order has been placed (in which case you should expect delivery of your blinds within 2-3 weeks from date of order). Some products have longer, temporary delays. Please check the Shipping & Production tab at the bottom of each product page for current estimated production times.

We are updating these production times daily as the situation evolves (in most cases, production times continue to improve every week). As always, we’ll provide tracking information for your order once it has shipped.
