Good Blinds, Great Service

Quality of the blinds was good. These are more expensive than other blinds I have purchased so I am relieved to see that the quality is higher as well. You just don't know until you see them in person. I have installed inexpensive department store accordion style blinds in my home and camper as well as for a few family members. I have had to repair broken interior cords in some of those blinds and have had several mounting clips break. I'm happy to see that these clips look like they will be much better. The interior cords, only time will tell. The blinds I ordered here were skylight blinds, so I ended up spending more, hoping that they were good quality, as I don't want to have to fix them. I had a small order mix up, but customer service took care of it for me. Courteous and helpful staff. So nice to deal with real employees instead of a call center reading from a script! They also took my suggestion, and I wouldn't be surprised to see improvements to the order page to solve the issue I had for future customers. Kudo's for that! I would take a half star off for appearance because the blinds don't look as tidy as the picture. The actual product looks like I expected it to, but the picture looks photoshopped to hide the gaps in the frame in comparison. I also would have preferred to have color matched screws for the trim, since they are visible when the blinds are open, but it's a small issue, and most people probably won't notice.

Skylight blinds well worth it

The blinds came with a perfect fit. Also good quality and looks good. Saved about $600 on this one blind vs a full custom install by local blind seller. Pretty good delivery time to West Coast. Note comes from USA but arrived with no fees or duties owing.

The skylight blinds were reasonably simple to install and work very efficiently - the only thing was some of the plastic track had sharp edges where they had been clipped and the blind material wanted to catch on those edges when trying to close them - We sanded those edges down to round them off and it functioned much better after that. I will need to manufacture an extension bracket to make the window blinds work because of our particular window frames are odd depths but the overall blinds and mounting system looks very simple and easy to use. We are very happy with our purchase.
